The Role

• Hands-on kitchen leadership across lunch, dinner, and small function service
• Coordinating daily prep, staff scheduling, ordering, and supplier management
• Managing food safety, quality, and kitchen presentation standards
• Collaborating on weekly specials and integrating production kitchen components
• Working across Teams and other digital systems for communication and reporting
• Mentoring a multicultural team of chefs, cooks, and casuals
  

You’ll Bring

• Proven leadership experience — or be ready to step up from a Sous Chef role
• Clear, calm communication and a willingness to guide and uplift your team
• Understanding of kitchen operations, ordering, rostering, and stock control
• A level head in a fast-moving service environment
