Job Description: As a Commis at our resort, you will be responsible for complying with food hygiene policies, accepting and checking store deliveries, controlling food stock and cost in the kitchen, and ensuring the maintenance of all stocks. You will also be expected to uphold the highest standards and consistent quality in daily food preparation, stay updated on new products and recipes, and follow proper cleanliness and hygiene practices in the kitchen. Operating kitchen equipment safely, preparing fresh ingredients according to recipes, and being a dedicated team player are essential aspects of this role. Additionally, hands-on experience with a complete range of culinaries is required.
