Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef, located in Ghaziabad. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, creating and updating menus, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring food quality and safety standards are met. The role involves preparing meals, maintaining inventory, and collaborating with management to plan catering events. Additionally, the Head Chef will be responsible for training junior chefs and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen.

Qualifications

• Culinary skills including menu creation, food preparation, and cooking techniques
• Leadership and management skills for overseeing kitchen staff and operations
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Inventory management and cost control skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or relevant certification is preferred
• Previous experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role is an advantage
