We pride ourselves on delivering authentic and high-quality dishes to our customers in a warm and inviting atmosphere. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Agra for the Head Chef position. The Head Chef will be responsible for managing kitchen operations, creating innovative menus, and preparing high-quality dishes. Daily tasks include supervising kitchen staff, ordering supplies, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen. The Head Chef will also train and mentor junior chefs, oversee food presentation, and collaborate with management to enhance customer dining experiences. Qualifications Culinary Skills: Expertise in both Hong Kong and Indian cuisines, menu development, and food preparation Kitchen Management: Experience in managing kitchen operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and maintaining hygiene standards Creativity and Innovation: Ability to create new dishes and improve existing recipes, ensuring an exceptional culinary experience Leadership and Training: Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with management and staff Relevant Experience: Previous experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role in a reputable restaurant Qualifications: Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
