Head Cashier

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES :-

• Supervise, train, and schedule cashiers and front-end staff.
• Ensure all cash handling procedures are followed accurately.
• Address and resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to management when necessary.
• Perform regular audits of cash drawers and register reports.
• Open and close cash registers, including counting money, balancing drawers.
• Training of new cashiers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-end area.
• Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to cashiers.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and price discrepancies following company policies.
• Monitor and manage customer flow to reduce wait times and improve service.
• Collaborate with management on staffing needs and front-end strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required)

Experience:

• Cash management: 1 year (Required)
