The Head of the Capability Creation Cell will lead the transformation of learning across the value chain. This role will be responsible for building an integrated, scalable learning ecosystem focused on creating capabilities not just for employees, but also for customers, influencers, processors and fabricators.
10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Capability Building, or Talent Development. • Proven track record in designing and implementing learning strategies at scale. • Experience working in a customer- and partner-facing capacity is highly desirable. • Familiarity with instructional design, content development, adult learning principles, and LMS/LXP platforms. • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams and initiatives. Desirable Attributes: • Exposure to B2B/B2C environments or construction/building materials industry • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and matrixed organization • To have a learning mindset
