Role & responsibilities

Ensuring effective merchandising planning
Identify regional nuances and differences across channels by meeting customers and visiting stores
Product benchmarking to understand the customer choices
Evaluate options in terms of styling, color fit etc. to choose a balanced mix catering to various consumers taste
Works closely with partners to fine the best in-industry software platforms
Place procurements order as per planned requirement and ensure the availability of the finalized range by regular follow-up with SCM team Have a clear channel-wise product-wise merchandising plan and ensure its in line with consumer requirements.
