Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow the

  Solar O&M business portfolio

  across India
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities including

  tenders, RFQs, and direct client engagements

• Build and maintain strong relationships with

  IPPs, EPC companies, and strategic partners

• Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market presence
• Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure successful bid closures
• Monitor market trends, competition, and upcoming solar O&M opportunities
• Represent the company in client meetings, negotiations, and industry forums
• Achieve revenue targets and contribute to long-term business growth

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 7+ years of experience

  in Solar O&M, Renewable Energy, or Business Development
• Strong network within

  solar IPPs, EPCs, and asset owners

• Proven track record in business acquisition and client management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel extensively for business requirements
