Role Overview: As a part of the Group Company ACGE, you will have the primary responsibility to strategically plan and develop the culture of Continual Improvement. Your role will involve implementing Teamcenter in ME, optimizing costs without impacting product quality, and conducting design reviews to identify manufacturing issues. Additionally, you will be responsible for risk assessment during the design phase, developing work standards, and executing new product strategies. Your focus will be on people development, providing exposure to team members to work in a CFT environment, and building a second line in ME. Key Responsibilities: - Design reviews to identify manufacturing issues and engage in technical discussions with Engineering - Risk assessment during the design phase - Develop make and buy strategy based on part criticality for Right First Time (RFT) - Establish working standards for manufacturing processes of fabricated and machining components - Develop routings and conduct work measurement and method studies for process optimization - Execution of new product strategies - Design and develop jigs and fixtures concepts - Perform root cause analysis and problem resolution - Provide exposure to team members to work in a CFT environment and build a second line in ME Qualifications Required: - Minimum requirement of BE in Mechanical Engineering - Desired qualification of BE with an MBA in Operations Additional Company Details: N/A,
