As a part of the Group Company ACGE, your primary responsibilities will include strategic planning to develop a culture of Continual Improvement. You will be responsible for implementing Teamcenter in the ME division and ensuring cost optimization without impacting product quality. It will be crucial for you to conduct design reviews to identify manufacturing issues, perform risk assessments during the design phase, and establish a make and buy strategy based on part criticality to achieve Right First Time (RFT) results. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing working standards, routings, and conducting work measurement studies to optimize existing manufacturing processes. Moreover, you will play a pivotal role in the execution of new products, design and develop jigs and fixtures, conduct root cause analysis, and resolve problems effectively. People development is also a key aspect of this role, where you will provide exposure to team members to work in a Cross-Functional Team (CFT) environment and build a second line in the ME division. Key Result Areas for this role include First Time Right (FTR), process improvement, cost reduction, cost estimation, and defining machining and fabrication sequences. You will be required to collaborate with various interfaces within the organization to achieve these key result areas effectively. The minimum educational requirement for this position is a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, while a combination of BE and MBA in Operations is desired. Possessing competencies in the specified areas will be advantageous for this role.,
