HCLTech is Hiring for International Process & US Technical Support (Blended Process) Noida

Job Location

Venue: HCL Technologies, A-8-9, Maharaja Agrasen Marg, Block A, Sector 60, Noida (Nearest Metro: Sector 59)

Timings: 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Roles & Responsibilities for Technical Support Role:

Troubleshoot moderately complex hardware/software/application issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Communicate with customers via phone and email to provide resolution and assistance.
Escalate unresolved issues following established procedures.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for case handling and documentation.

Roles & Responsibilities for Customer Support Role:

Processing Order request received through email or on calls.
Handle inbound calls and assist customer with their queries related to their orders
Respond to customer email queries related to their orders and accounts
Review pending orders and follow-up with internal teams to fulfill the orders

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
For International Customer Service Minimum 1 year of experience required.
For Technical Support Minimum 1 year of experience in hardware/software troubleshooting.
Must be a Graduate.
Comfortable working in 24x7 US shifts.
