Roles & Responsibilities for Customer Support Role:

Processing Order request received through email or on calls.
Handle inbound calls and assist customer with their queries related to their orders
Respond to customer email queries related to their orders and accounts
Review pending orders and follow-up with internal teams to fulfill the orders

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
For International Customer Service Minimum 1 year of experience required.
Must be a Graduate.
Comfortable working in 24x7 US shifts.
