Position:Mechanical design engineer

👤Experience: 3-7 years

Product Development,Solidworks,sheetmetal,Plastics,GD&T,DFM/DFA,ECN,ECR,ECO

(3-7 Years)

• Experience in GD& T , Tolerance stack up analysis.

• Proficient in SolidWorks CAD software (Creating 3D models, Sheet Metal, 2D drawing and Assembly)

• Hands on experience in EPDM / PLM for managing lifecycle of the components.

• Knowledge in manufacturability considerations for Sheetmetal & Plastic

• Create DFMEA and identify relevant product risks.

• Identifying the suitable material, apply DFM/DFA concepts in design and Familiar with latest engineering design and methods, tools, and processes.

• Experience with standard NPD process. Understanding of compliance requirements.

• Knowledge about Engineering change process ( ECN, ECR and ECO), Knowledge in PLM tools – Agile

• Ability to present and articulate ideas to key stakeholders and leadership team.

• Excellent communication skills to connect with stakeholders and present change ideas

• Quality mindset in design and documentation.
