Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Hardware IT Support Engineer with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, resolving hardware-related issues, and ensuring optimal system functionality for our clients across India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and accurate technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and networking equipment.
• Guide users through product features and assist with configuration and setup.
• Simulate user scenarios to diagnose and document hardware and system problems.
• Maintain detailed records of technical issues and customer interactions.
• Track and manage customer complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up.
• Communicate customer feedback and hardware improvement suggestions to internal teams.
• Notify users about firmware updates, feature changes, and system upgrades.
• Support in the training and mentoring of new technical support staff.
• Maintain and utilize basic knowledge of MySQL/SQL databases to support issue resolution.
• Travel to customer sites across India for hardware installation, troubleshooting, or repair services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Applications (BCA/MCA) or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in hardware or IT support roles.
• Strong understanding of computer hardware, networking, and basic database systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel as required for onsite support.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
