Hardware Procurement & Inventory Support

As a Hardware Procurement & Inventory Support professional at Flynaut LLC, you will play a crucial role in managing the purchasing, tracking, and delivery of hardware for both clients and internal company needs. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will ensure timely procurement, optimal inventory levels, and seamless communication between vendors, internal teams, and clients. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and ordering a variety of hardware based on specific requirements, obtaining and comparing vendor quotations for the best value, processing purchase orders, and tracking deliveries to guarantee timely arrival. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting stock audits, monitoring inventory levels, and avoiding overstocking. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact with hardware suppliers, coordinate with clients to confirm specifications and delivery schedules, and negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms. Your documentation and reporting responsibilities will involve maintaining procurement documentation, vendor agreements, and inventory logs, as well as preparing regular reports for management. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in procurement, inventory management, or supply chain roles with a preference for IT hardware experience. A strong understanding of hardware components and specifications, excellent negotiation and vendor management skills, proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, strong organizational skills, and effective communication skills are essential. Preferred experience includes IT or technology-related procurement, familiarity with logistics and shipping processes, as well as knowledge of warranty, service contracts, and RMA handling.
