Qualification

lead innovation

What Youll Do

Lead and mentor hardware development teams for production-grade automotive ECUs
Own end-to-end hardware development lifecycle from RFIs/RFQs to plant issue resolution
Interface with customers for technical discussions and hardware-related queries
Drive component selection, BOM, and cost optimization strategies
Ensure compliance with ISO 26262 & ASPICE standards
Support innovation, process improvement, and product portfolio enhancement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Software, Systems, Manufacturing, etc.)

Your Expertise Includes

Hands-on design experience in embedded hardware for automotive applications
Proficient with tools like PSPICE, Mathcad (WCA), and lab equipment (oscilloscope, PSU, etc.)
Strong knowledge of EMI/EMC design practices and functional safety (ISO 26262 Part 5)
Design expertise with microcontrollers (Infineon, Freescale, Renesas)
Skilled in hardware diagnostics, FMEA/FTA/FMEDA, and reliability analysis
Experience with structured problem-solving methods (5Why, 8D)
Familiarity with APSICE process maturity models
