Hands on Project Manager for Environmental Firm

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager who understands what a small business needs to focus on to operate smoothly. You'll collaborate with our California-based team to provide high-quality operational expertise to understand and improve our processes, from monitoring payroll operations to tracking sales metrics and ensuring overall efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist U.S. project teams with report preparations and technical analysis
• Oversee team deliverables, progress tracking, and deadlines
• Monitor payroll, sales metrics, and business reporting for efficiency gains
• Collaborate with staff to ensure U.S. compliance across operations.
• Support proposal writing, project estimating, resource allocation, and workflow coordination.

What You Bring:

• Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Excellent written English and documentation skills for clear reporting and communication.
• Comfortable working overlapping hours with U.S. Pacific Time to support real-time collaboration.

Bonus If You Have:

• Experience in the construction sector, including understanding building methods and project workflows.
• Background in sales processes and funnels for small businesses to drive revenue growth
