Provide accurate information or direct calls to the appropriate staff member as needed. - **Appointment Coordination:** Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for gym tours, personal training sessions, and other gym-related activities. - **Client Assistance:** Provide basic information about gym services, facilities, and programs to clients, employees, and visitors. Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly and efficiently. - **Administrative Support:** Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining the security and confidentiality of sensitive information. - **Customer Service:** Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
