Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Gym Instructor to join our team in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in fitness or hospitality, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and implement engaging workout sessions for clients of various ages and skill levels.
  • Conduct group fitness classes, including yoga, Pilates, and aerobics, ensuring a safe and motivating environment.
  • Provide personalized training sessions to help clients achieve their fitness goals.
  • Collaborate with other instructors to create new and innovative workout programs.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and attendance.
  • Stay updated on the latest fitness trends and techniques to continuously improve teaching methods.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Gym Instructor or Fitness Trainer with a strong background in fitness or hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Strong knowledge of various fitness equipment and technologies, including cardio machines and free weights.
  • A passion for fitness and well-being, with a commitment to helping others achieve their health goals.
  • Familiarity with nutrition and dietary principles to provide expert advice to clients.
