Job Title : Automation Engineer Experience : 46 Years Location : Pune Employment Type : Full-time Role Overview We are looking for a skilled Automation Engineer with 46 years of experience in Java and Selenium to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in test automation, a strong understanding of software testing life cycle, and a passion for delivering high-quality products. Key Responsibilities (KRA) Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Selenium. Design robust automation frameworks to support scalable testing solutions. Execute regression, functional, and integration test suites across multiple platforms. Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to identify automation needs. Analyze test results and identify root causes for test failures. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins). Continuously optimize automation coverage and performance. Report and track defects with detailed documentation. Ensure timely delivery of test deliverables within Agile sprint timelines. Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in automation testing. Required Skillsets Strong programming skills in Java. Proficient in using Selenium WebDriver for web automation. Good understanding of TestNG, Maven, or JUnit frameworks. Experience in developing and executing automation scripts independently. Hands-on with version control systems like Git. Familiar with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI. Good knowledge of REST API testing using Postman or RestAssured. Familiar with bug tracking tools like JIRA or Bugzilla. Solid understanding of SDLC and STLC processes. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. ISTQB or equivalent certification is a plus.
