Guidewire QA Architect

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Business Analysts, Application Managers, and Developers in Agile environments.
Perform manual, data-driven, and integration testing across Guidewire modules.
Design, create, and execute automated and manual test cases.
Lead and participate in defect triage sessions; ensure timely resolution and closure.
Define test strategy, develop detailed test plans, and publish quality metrics reports.
Support end-to-end project phases including implementation, warranty, and production support.
Mentor, coach, and provide guidance to QA team members to improve overall quality practices.

Required Skills:

Proven hands-on experience with
Guidewire applications
: PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and Digital.
Expertise in
automation testing tools
such as Selenium, Ruby, or equivalent frameworks.
Strong understanding of
Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance
across Personal and Commercial lines.
Solid background in
Agile methodology
and QA best practices.
Proficient in
integration testing, forms validation, and database testing
.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
