Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Guidewire PolicyCenter Business Analyst (PC BA)

to join our team and play a key role in implementing and enhancing PolicyCenter functionalities. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience working with Guidewire products, strong insurance domain knowledge, and the ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements related to Guidewire PolicyCenter.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define solutions.
Prepare user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria in Agile environments.
Support configuration and integration efforts by working closely with developers and QA teams.
Facilitate workshops, JAD sessions, and sprint planning/review meetings.
Perform gap analysis between current and future state systems and processes.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and training sessions.

Required Skills:

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in P&C Insurance domain.
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Guidewire
PolicyCenter
(Configuration or Integration).
Strong knowledge of policy lifecycle (Quote, Bind, Endorsement, Renewal, Cancellation).
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

Nice to Have:

Guidewire Business Analyst certification
Knowledge of other Guidewire modules like BillingCenter or ClaimCenter
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and SQL
