Guidewire PC Business Analyst

You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements related to Guidewire PolicyCenter. Collaborating with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define solutions will be a key part of your role. You will need to prepare user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria in Agile environments. Supporting configuration and integration efforts by working closely with developers and QA teams is also expected from you. Facilitating workshops, JAD sessions, and sprint planning/review meetings will be essential. You will be required to perform gap analysis between current and future state systems and processes, as well as support user acceptance testing (UAT) and training sessions. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the P&C Insurance domain. A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter (Configuration or Integration) is necessary. Strong knowledge of the policy lifecycle (Quote, Bind, Endorsement, Renewal, Cancellation) is crucial. Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a must. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills are highly valued. You should also have the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams. It would be nice to have a Guidewire Business Analyst certification, knowledge of other Guidewire modules like BillingCenter or ClaimCenter, as well as experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and SQL.,
