Guidewire Billing Center Developer Tech Lead

Job_Description":" This is a remote position. Job Description: We are seeking a Senior/Lead Developer with strong expertise in Guidewire BillingCenter (GW BC) to join our team. This individual will be responsible for leading development efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of BillingCenter solutions. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the technical lead for Guide wire BillingCenter development initiatives. Design, configure, and develop custom solutions within the GW BC framework. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Perform code reviews, enforce best practices, and provide mentorship to junior developers. Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues related to BillingCenter. Support day-to-day operations and ensure system stability during the core support window: 8:30 AM 4:30 PM CT. Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and agile development processes.ve Requirements 10+ years of IT experience with a minimum of 6 years in Guide wire BillingCenter development. Strong hands-on experience in Guide wire Gosu programming and BillingCenter configuration/integration . Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver solutions on time. Familiarity with Guidewire Cloud or on-prem implementations. Solid understanding of billing processes in the PC insurance domain. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Guidewire certification in BillingCenter (Developer or Architect level). Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Exposure to other Guidewire modules (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter) is a plus.
