Guest Services Associate

Job Description: You are applying for the role of Guest Service Associate (GSA) at Pyramid Cafe Lounge & Bar in Meerut. As a GSA, your primary responsibility will be to ensure a pleasant and memorable experience for our guests in a vibrant lounge and bar setting. Key Responsibilities: - Welcome and greet guests with a warm and professional demeanor. - Take and deliver food & beverage orders in a timely manner. - Maintain clean, properly set tables for efficient service. - Provide menu recommendations and possess in-depth product knowledge. - Collaborate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure seamless service. - Uphold high standards of hygiene and cleanliness consistently. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience as a GSA, Steward, or Waiter in dining establishments. - Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach. - Positive attitude, smart appearance, and a team-player mindset. - Willingness to work flexible hours including shifts, weekends, and holidays. - Preferably hold a Hotel Management Diploma or have relevant experience.
