As a Guest Service Executive at Nutcase Etc., a lively neighborhood cocktail bar in Kolkata, you will play a crucial role in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. Your warm and attentive demeanor will set the tone for their visit, from the moment they arrive to the time they depart. Your responsibilities will include welcoming guests, managing reservations, providing recommendations from our unique food and cocktail menu, nurturing guest relationships, ensuring guest satisfaction, and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have. Collaborating with the bar and kitchen teams will be essential to guarantee seamless operations and elevate the overall guest experience. This full-time on-site position offers you the opportunity to be at the forefront of shaping a progressive bar culture in the city. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, be adept at managing and collaborating with teams, demonstrate strong organizational and time management abilities, exhibit problem-solving skills even in high-pressure situations, and ideally have prior experience in the hospitality industry.
