Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
Present menus, explain specials, and assist guests with food & beverage choices.
Take orders accurately and ensure timely service of food and drinks.
Set up, clear, and maintain tables as per service standards.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow.
Handle guest complaints politely and escalate issues when required.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained at all times.
Process billing and payment transactions efficiently.
Assist in banquet functions, events, and room service when needed.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹20,826.85 per month
