Guest Service Executive JD

Position: Guest Service Executive

Experience: 1 to 2 years

Education requirement: Graduate

Primary Responsibilities:

Always greet and welcome every guest on arrival
Speak clearly and professionally with staff and guests.
Answer phone calls with proper telephone etiquette
Assist guests with menu questions and guide them in selecting dishes.
Inform kitchen about allergies, dietary needs, or special requests
Follow up with guests during the meal to check satisfaction
Keep the restaurant area clean and tidy at all times
Present accurate bills and process payments smoothly
Help junior staff grow through guidance and support
Ensure front and back of house areas are organized
Help manage inventory (daily, weekly, monthly for packaging and disposables)
Work closely with the manager and team to hit service goals
