Guest Service Associate

As a Telesales Usher at our multiplex, your role will primarily involve selling tickets at the box office counter, recording sales accurately, and ensuring proper revenue management at the end of each shift. You will also be responsible for selling movies through various mediums such as Showbizz, Handheld PDA, and Self-Service Kiosk, as well as distributing promotional vouchers to patrons. Key Responsibilities: - Sell tickets at the box office counter - Record sales accurately in prescribed registers - Manage revenue drop at the end of the shift - Sell movies through Showbizz, Handheld PDA, and Self-Service Kiosk - Distribute promotional vouchers to patrons In the Concessions (Refuel) department, you will be responsible for selling food items, collecting cash for sales, recording sales and cash collected, and using the POS system for transactions. You will also ensure the quality of food items, maintain hygiene standards, and promote brand partner promotions such as COKE and GEORGIA. Key Responsibilities: - Sell food items and collect cash - Record sales and cash collected at the end of each shift - Use POS system for recording sales - Maintain hygiene standards and quality of food items - Promote brand partner promotions As an Usher, your duties will involve checking tickets, preventing theft or damage, ensuring no recording or piracy in the auditorium, evacuating patrons during emergencies, and operating the fire system when required. Key Responsibilities: - Check tickets and prevent unauthorized entry - Prevent theft or damage in the auditorium - Evacuate patrons during emergencies - Operate the fire system - Change posters as needed In the Telesales department, you will be responsible for selling movies over the phone, attending calls, keeping patrons informed about promotions and movies, maximizing revenue, and maintaining accurate records of calls and revenue. Key Responsibilities: - Sell movies over the phone - Attend all calls in the department - Maximize revenue and promote movies - Use standard phrases for communication - Maintain call log reports and handle cash transactions Please note that this is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund.
