TELESALES – USHERING

BOX OFFICE:

· Responsible for the sale of tickets at the box office counter.

· Responsible to collect payment in cash or credit card.

· Responsible to record the sale in the prescribed registers.

· Responsible to record the drop of revenue as the end of the shift.

· Responsible to sell the movies through the following medium – Showbizz – Handheld – PDA -Self Service Kiosk.

· Responsible to distribute promotional vouchers to the patrons.

CONCESSIONS – (REFUEL)

· Responsible to sell the food items across the counter and in the auditorium.

· Responsible to collect cash for each sale done.

· Responsible to record the sale and cash collected at the end of each shift.

· Responsible to use the POS for recording the sale.

· Responsible to record all items received at the counter at the beginning – during the shift.

· Responsible to check the quality of the items being placed in the warmer and cold case.

· Responsible to arrange and serve the food as per the hygiene standard using gloves and tongs.

· Responsible to use dispensing machine for coffee – tea – coke

· Responsible to use selling devices such as hand held and PDA devices.

· Responsible to keep work area like food counter – warmers - cold cases – dispensing machine - popcorn maker and floors clean.

· Responsible to promote all promotions associated with brand partners such as COKE – GEORGIA.

USHERING

· Responsible to check that only valid ticket holding patrons enter the auditorium.

· Responsible to collect the D part of the ticket.

· Responsible to prevent theft or damage of furniture and fixture in the audi.

· Responsible not to allow recording or piracy of any nature in the audi with camera phone – video cam – and tape recorder.

· Evacuate patrons during emergency – Fire – Flood – and earthquake.

· Responsible to operate the fire system during emergency.

· Responsible to change posters and poster cases as per the period’s mentioned.

TELESALES

· Responsible to sell the movies on the phone.

· Responsible to attend all call in the department.

· Responsible to keep patrons aware of the promotions and movies in the multiplex.

· Responsible to take steps to maximise revenue.

· Responsible to use the standard phrases as prescribed by the organisation when calling ro receiving calls from patrons.

· Responsible to record revenue – handle cash – home deliveries.

· Responsible to keep records of call log report.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
