Guest Service Associate-Bar

As a Bartender at Accor, your role involves preparing and serving beverages in the assigned area with excellent quality, following standard recipes. You will be responsible for completing the daily beverage inventory journal, bar opening and closing stock, and initiating requisitions based on the established par stock. Additionally, you need to check for guest satisfaction, attend to guests" requests or inquiries regarding beverages and services, and set up bar equipment and prepare mise-en-place in accordance with bar policy.
