Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate with doctors and medical staff
  • Answer phone calls, provide information, and handle patient inquiries with professional phone etiquette
  • Maintain and update patient records and clinic databases
  • Understanding of billing, payments, and insurance documentation as needed
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and patient-friendly
  • Handle general admin office tasks, including filing and correspondence etc
  • Follow medical terminology and protocols for patient confidentiality and compliance

Requirements

  • Minimum 5- 8years of experience as a receptionist in a clinical setting or roles at esteemed establishments such as ITC Hotels, Taj Hotels, or other leading luxury hotel chains is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and staff
  • Proficiency in appointment scheduling software and basic computer skills
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures is a plus
  • A warm, professional, and patient-friendly attitude
