Job Title: Guest Relationship Executive Location: Hyderabad, Delhi India Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized, motivated, and customer-focused Guest Relationship Executive to join our dynamic hospitality team in Hyderabad and Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent service, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to engage both international and local guests with warmth and professionalism. A pleasant appearance and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with courtesy and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression. Handle guest queries and concerns promptly, professionally, and effectively. Maintain a strong understanding of services and products to provide accurate information to guests. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth service delivery. Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions. Uphold a positive and professional image of the organization at all times. Build and maintain strong relationships with guests to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty. Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the guest experience. Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Presentable appearance and a warm, pleasant demeanor. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality management is preferred. Ability to handle international and local guests with cultural sensitivity and professionalism. Proficient in using basic computer systems and customer management tools. Qualifications Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Customer Service, or a related field preferred.
