Guest Relations, Sales & Marketing Manager

Guest Relations Responsibilities

• Greet, interact, and build strong rapport with guests throughout their stay to ensure a memorable experience.
• Address concerns and resolve issues promptly with empathy and professionalism.
• Collect guest feedback in person and via online reviews to identify and act on improvement areas.
• Encourage happy guests to leave positive reviews on Google, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, and other OTA platforms.
• Design and offer attractive loyalty incentives or discounts to encourage repeat stays.
• Understand pricing dynamics and booking options to assist guests and help optimize occupancy.
• Maintain regular contact with past guests to drive referrals and repeat bookings.
• Support front office staff in VIP check-ins, guest requests, and satisfaction follow-ups.

Sales & Marketing Responsibilities

• Promote the hotel locally by partnering with:
• Event planners, wedding coordinators, travel agents.
• Local businesses, universities, hospitals, and coworking spaces.
• Identify and target niche segments like medical tourists, weekend travelers, and corporate guests.
• Plan seasonal promotions, tie-ups for events, and offer packages during off-peak periods.
• Collaborate with digital vendors or manage basic social media for brand visibility.
• Optimize listings across OTAs (Goibibo, MMT, Agoda) with competitive pricing and visual content.
• Improve Google My Business and online presence through review management and local SEO.

Reporting & Performance

• Monitor occupancy, reviews, guest satisfaction scores, and OTA rankings.
• Track sales outreach efforts and share insights with ownership.
• Recommend improvements to increase visibility, occupancy, and guest retention.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
