We're Hiring: Guest Relations Manager – 4-Star Hotel | Bangalore Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences? We are looking for a Guest Relations Manager with 3+ years of experience in the hospitality industry to join our dynamic team at a prestigious 4-star hotel in Bangalore . Location: Bangalore, Karnataka (On-site) Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in a similar role in hospitality (4-star or 5-star preferred) Role Responsibilities: Supervise and manage the guest relations team to ensure top-notch customer service. Resolve guest concerns and ensure a memorable stay experience. Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests promptly. Handle VIP guests and special reservations with discretion and care. Train and mentor team members on service standards and guest handling. Key Requirements: Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred. Proven experience in guest relations, front office, or hospitality management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English (additional regional language skills are a plus). Well-groomed, professional, and customer-service oriented. Ability to handle pressure and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with property management systems (e.g., Opera, IDS, or similar).
