Guest Relations Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Experience: Provide a warm, welcoming experience from arrival to departure, making patients and their families feel comfortable and informed.
• Communication Hub: Serve as a bridge between patients/visitors and hospital staff, facilitating clear communication and ensuring needs are understood and met.
• Inquiry & Complaint Management: Address guest inquiries about hospital procedures, services, and facilities, and resolve complaints promptly and efficiently.
• Guidance & Information: Guide patients and visitors throughout the hospital, answer questions, and provide essential information, such as facility details or local information.
• Appointment & Process Assistance: Assist patients with appointments, check-in/check-out procedures, and other administrative tasks to ensure a seamless experience.
• Coordination with Departments: Liaise with various hospital departments (e.g., front office, housekeeping, medical staff) to ensure patient needs are met and services are delivered smoothly.
• VIP & Special Guest Handling: Offer enhanced attention and tailored services to VIP guests and those with special requests.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain proper records and update guest information in the hospital's database, often preparing reports on guest satisfaction.
• Anticipation of Needs: Proactively identify and anticipate guest needs, building rapport and ensuring comfort by providing assistance with tasks like confirming travel arrangements or taking messages.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all hospital standards, including health and quality standards, are adhered to during guest interactions and service delivery.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
