Teaching and Training: Deliver lectures, workshops, and practical training sessions to nursing students and healthcare professionals. 3. Clinical Supervision: Provide hands-on clinical supervision, ensuring practical skills are aligned with theoretical knowledge. 4. Assessment and Evaluation: Develop and implement assessment tools to evaluate the performance and competence of nursing students and staff. 5. Mentorship: Offer guidance and mentorship to nursing students and new graduates, fostering professional growth. 6. Professional Development: Stay current with advancements in nursing practices, education, and healthcare technologies. 7. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with nursing staff, educators, and healthcare professionals to enhance the overall quality of nursing education. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational technologies. Experience: Entry-level roles may require relevant teaching experience. Senior-level roles may require 7-12 years of experience in nursing education. Senior-level roles may require more than 7 years of experience, potentially with leadership responsibilities.
