Guest Relations Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive located in Gurugram. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for managing and enhancing guest experiences, handling customer service inquiries, performing receptionist duties, and supporting sales efforts. The role involves daily interaction with guests, ensuring their needs are met with high-quality service and a positive attitude.

• Proficient Communication skills
• Experience in Receptionist Duties and Sales
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office management software
• Experience in the real estate or hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
