Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive, based in Pune. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for handling guest relations, managing communication, providing customer service, and conducting sales activities. Receptionist duties will also be a key part of the role, providing a welcoming and professional first point of contact for all visitors.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Guest Relations and Customer Service
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Real Estate or Hospitality industry will be a plus
• Capability to handle Receptionist Duties efficiently
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
