Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive located in Karjat. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for managing guest relations, providing excellent communication, delivering exceptional customer service, handling sales inquiries, and fulfilling receptionist duties.

• Sales skills
• Receptionist Duties experience
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and handle diverse responsibilities
• Previous experience in hospitality industry is a plus
• Diploma or certification in Hotel Management or related field is beneficial
