Guest Relations Executive

ONE OF OUR CLIENT IS URGENTLY LOOKING FOR GUEST RELATIONS EXECUTIVE.

Position Overview:

The Guest Relations Executive will be the first point of contact for visitors and prospective clients at the sales office. The role requires excellent communication skills, a courteous demeanor, and the ability to create a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and receive clients, visitors, and guests warmly at the front desk.
• Maintain a professional reception area, ensuring it is presentable at all times.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and route them to the appropriate team members.
• Coordinate and manage client appointments, meetings, and walk-ins efficiently.
• Provide accurate project information and direct visitors to the concerned sales representatives.
• Maintain visitor records, manage sign-ins, and oversee security protocol at entry points.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as documentation, follow-up calls, and scheduling.
• Assist in organizing client meetings, events, and office hospitality arrangements.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Presentable, well-groomed, and professionally dressed to represent the company’s brand image positively.
• Pleasant personality with the ability to handle client interactions confidently and courteously.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, emails, scheduling tools).
• Prior experience in front office, hospitality, or client-facing roles preferred.
