Job Opening: Guest Relations ExecutiveThe Fort House – IHCL SeleQtions, Diu

We are inviting applications for the role of Guest Relations Executive at The Fort House, IHCL SeleQtions, Diu. This role is central to delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring comfort, engagement, and satisfaction at every step.

Role & Responsibilities:

Welcome and engage with guests, ensuring a warm and memorable experience.
Handle guest requests, queries, and feedback with professionalism.
Coordinate with departments to provide seamless services.
Support guest engagement initiatives and enhance overall satisfaction.
Identify and promote sales opportunities as appropriate.
Maintain guest profiles and ensure accurate service follow-up.

Desired Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
Strong guest relations and customer service skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Sales exposure will be an added advantage.
Organised, proactive, and a good team player.
Prior experience with a reputed hospitality brand preferred.
