Job Description

Guest Experience & Service Excellence Ensure guests are warmly welcomed, attended to efficiently, and provided with upscale service throughout their visit, including managing check-ins, addressing complaints, and handling special guest needs, especially VIPs. Reservation & Front Desk Management Manage dining reservations, greet and direct guests, maintain guest records, answer phone calls, and respond to emails, ensuring smooth front desk operations and clear communication. Dining Room Supervision & Coordination Supervise dining staff to provide courteous and prompt service, inspect cleanliness and readiness of the dining area, and requisition supplies as needed to maintain service standards. Customer Engagement & Feedback Establish positive relationships with clients, seek regular feedback, respond to queries and complaints effectively, and work with staff and management to ensure high customer satisfaction. Communication & Compliance Coordinate with team members about bookings and client needs, promote services when appropriate, and ensure adherence to health, safety, security, and brand standards within the restaurant.
