Guest Relation Executive

The Guest Relations Executive is responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience by providing personalized service and addressing any concerns or requests. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming and positive environment for guests, managing their needs throughout their stay, and ensuring high standards of service are maintained at all times. In the knowldge of photo shoot , video shoot editing .

(a) Greet guests and patients as they arrive, ensuring a warm, courteous, and professional reception.

(b) Provide guests with detailed information about the hospital’s Ayurvedic treatments, therapies, facilities, and services available.

(c) Act as the first point of contact for patient and guest concerns, responding promptly and courteously to inquiries, requests, and complaints.

(d) Assist with patient check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and organized process.

(e) Ensure the guest's accommodation is prepared and meets their needs before check-in and after check-out.

(f) Address any issues related to the guest's stay, such as room conditions, therapy-related queries, and other service requirements.

(g) Follow up on guest satisfaction after treatments or during their stay to ensure all services meet expectations.

(h) Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote the hospital’s Ayurvedic treatments and services.

(i) Collaborate with the marketing team to devise promotional offers, events, and wellness packages.

(j) Engage with the online community, respond to inquiries, and maintain positive relationships with followers.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
