The Guest Relations Executive is responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience by providing personalized service and addressing any concerns or requests. (h) Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote the hospital’s Ayurvedic treatments and services. (i) Collaborate with the marketing team to devise promotional offers, events, and wellness packages. (j) Engage with the online community, respond to inquiries, and maintain positive relationships with followers.
