Job Description

Responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, answering calls, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors and guests at the reception

Answer and route phone calls and emails professionally

Maintain visitor records, appointment schedules, and front office documents

Coordinate with internal departments for visitor movement/meetings

Handle courier inward/outward, invoices, and basic admin tasks

Keep the reception area clean and presentable

Requirements:

Graduate

Good communication skills in English and Hindi

Basic MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Email)

Presentable, polite, and customer service oriented

Working Days 6days & Timings: 9.30 am to 6.30 pmRole & responsibilities
