Key responsibilities
Guest satisfaction: Interact with guests to ensure they are happy with the service and resolve any issues or complaints that may arise.
Staff coordination: Work with and supervise other staff members to ensure operations run smoothly and service standards are met.
Problem resolution: Handle complaints and manage guest concerns, following up to make sure the issue is fully resolved.
Relationship building: Develop and maintain relationships with guests to improve their overall experience and encourage repeat visits.
Quality assurance: Ensure a consistently high level of hospitality and service is provided to every guest.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
