Role & responsibilities

Guest service and interaction:

  • Greet guests upon arrival and departure.

  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently and professionally.

  • Build rapport with guests to ensure a positive experience.

  • Administrative and coordination tasks:

  • Coordinate with other departments (like housekeeping and front office) to meet guest needs.

  • Allocate rooms and ensure availability.

  • Prepare and maintain guest records and profiles.

Complaint resolution:

VIP and special guest management:

  • Oversee VIP guests' arrivals and departures.

  • Handle special requests and pre-registration for VIPs.

Feedback and loyalty:

  • Collect guest feedback to help improve services.

  • Monitor guest satisfaction to encourage repeat business and loyalty.

  • Required skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Proactive and attentive to guest needs.

  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
