Company overview:

We are seeking a proactive and tech-oriented Admin & AI Manager to strengthen our internal operations.
This role combines general administration, HR coordination, and system automation responsibilities to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the firm and support our AI-driven transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee office administration, logistics, and vendor coordination across India offices.
Assist HR in documentation, attendance, and onboarding processes.
Develop and maintain AI-assisted tools (Google Workspace, AppSheet, or similar) for task tracking, reporting, and workflow automation.
Maintain internal dashboards for task progress, compliance status, and resource allocation.

Qualifications & Skills:

36 years of experience in office administration or IT operations management.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, AppSheet, or any process automation platform (preferred).
Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
Excellent communication skills in English (Tamil or Hindi a plus).
Tech-curious mindset ability to learn and apply AI-based productivity tools.
