Guest Experience Expert

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Guest Experience Expert to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

• Develop and implement guest experience strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Conduct research and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of guest experiences.
• Create and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, vendors, and internal teams.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact guest experiences.
• Monitor and report on guest feedback and metrics to measure success.

• Proven experience in guest experience management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and its trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
